ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amounts of compensation as deposited by State - Acquiring Body in this appeal which is already disposed of on 09.06.2009. This Court in other connected matter, vide order dated 2nd March 2021, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the amount of compensation. In view of the same, the present application stands allowed and the applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by State Acquiring Body in this appeal alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date. It is further directed that the aforesaid amount be distributed equally between the applicants.
