These applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant - acquiring body in the office of this Court in the appeal. Subsequently, the appeals came to be dismissed on the ground of limitation, however the amount is still lying in the office of this Court. The present applicants are the
6 23-CA 11019-2025.odt original claimants in whose favour the award is passed. 3.
Considering the above, since now there is no appeal and amount is towards compensation to which the applicants are entitled, the applications are allowed. The applicants are entitled to receive the amount deposited in the office of this Court by the appellant - acquiring body alongwith accrued interest. In cases, where the amount is already withdrawn pending the appeal on furnishing solvent security/surety, the same shall stand discharged.
