The application is filed for permission to add the purchaser of the property involved in the matter on the ground that during pendency of the present proceeding the respondents sold the property to one Smt. Amareetkaur. Copy of sale is produced on record to show that it was executed on 30th December, 2006. In view of this circumstance and as the present applicant insists for prosecuting the matter against the purchaser inspite of provision of Section 52 in T. P. Act the
