This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited as per the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. Learned advocate for respondent strongly objected the application. 2.

Perused the application. Heard both sides. Considering the fact that the total amount of compensation for Rs.2,60,273/- is deposited in this Court, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
