1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 50/2023, registered at Jalgaon Cyber Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act. 3] It appears that the applicant has been using account of Yewate Enterprises from his mobile and there are more than 133 online cheating complaints registered with National Cyber Reporting Portal for the account of Yewate Enterprises. The applicant has committed the offence of

1721.24ABA cheating through out the country. The mobile phone and SIM card and different bank accounts are used in the commission of offence and the same are prepared by the applicant by using Aadhar Cards of various individuals and by taking control of their account.

4] In view of the same, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary in the matter. Hence, the present application is dismissed.
