Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicants are strictly following the condition not to enter within the limits of village Bolegaon, Taluka Nilanga, District Latur from 24.09.2020. The prosecution has no adverse report against the applicants. Considering the reasons for relaxation of condition, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) The condition in clause (ii)(b) of the order dated 24.09.2020 not to enter within the limits of village Bolegaon, Taluka Nilanga, District Latur till conclusion of the trial, has been relaxed.
