DATE : 10th January, 2022 P.C.:- I have heard learned counsel Shri Jadhavar for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the applicant, learned counsel Shri Jadhavar for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to apply to the concerned Court for regular bail, if trial does not get concluded within the specified period. In view of this, application is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ. If the trial is not concluded within one year as directed, applicant is at liberty to apply for regular bail. In that eventuality the learned trial Court shall decide the application on its own merits.
