Mr. Shete, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the copy of the present application is served on Mr. Bhutekar, learned counsel for respondent no. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that subsequent notifications were received by the applicant, so also subsequent Government Resolutions are issued which are sought to be brought on record and also commented upon.

The writ petition is at the nascent stage.
Even otherwise, the non applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of an amendment.

In addition to the relief sought in the civil application, the applicant is granted leave to amend the prayers in the petition. The copy of the same shall be served on the other side.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen (14) days.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
