The respondents have filed an affidavitin-reply. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has a remedy of filing Revision before the I.G., Central Industrial Security Force.

In view of the above, though Mr.Jaybhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner has sought to

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. No costs.
