Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given application to include name of village Mohada in the remote, difficult area.

2. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr Pulkundwar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

It is a policy decision to be taken by the authority considering all the circumstances and topography. The petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer in that regard. It is submitted that the application is filed before the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive officer may take decision upon it within a period of six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
