Present petition can be disposed of in view of the prayer clause 'B' which reads thus :- "B.

To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no. 4 may kindly be directed to decide the proposal dated 11.07.2025 submitted by petitioner for Grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner as assistant teacher on regular pay scale (38,600122800) from her date of appointment on promotion i.e., 01.08.2020 by modifying earlier approval and in accordance with Law laid down in WP/7706/2022 dated 21.12.2023 by the Hon'ble Bombay High Court Nagpur bench within stipulated time period and preferably within 3 weeks from today."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and upon instructions from the respondent No. 4 makes a statement, that the proposal would be decided within Four (4) weeks. 925-WP-13588-2025.odt

We hope and trust that respondent No. 4 would take a note of the decision mentioned in the prayer clause and would decide the proposal on it's own merits.

In view of the statement made that he would decide it within a period of Four (4) weeks from today, writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
