The challenge is on the ground of contributory negligence and quantum as well. Two of the three claimants are minor. The amount directed to be paid to them has been kept in fixed deposit.

In the circumstances, the applicant No.1 Anita is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakh), along with interest accrued thereon from the date of the impugned award to the date of actual payment thereof as against undertaking.
