The present petitions have been filed for issuing directions to respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar to hear and decide the representations of the petitioners as per the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, seeking transfer at the convenient place. 2.

Issue notice. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent No. 1 - State. Mr. Avinash Aghav, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No. 2 - Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, and upon oral instructions from respondent No. 2, he makes a statement that the representations, those have been received by him, are proposed to be decided within a period of 30 days from today. 3.

We take the said statement as undertaking to the Court and dispose of the writ petitions with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representations taking into consideration the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, within a period of 30 days.
