PER COURT :- This is an Application, seeking recall of the order passed on 29.7.2016, issuing bailable warrant against applicant No.5. It is informed that, at the relevant time additional charge was given to one Mr. Devidas Pandhiranath Pawale who retired on attaining age of superannuation on 31.7.2016. Thereafter additional charge was given to one Mr. R.B. Karpe only for one month and at present one Mr. Dilip Hari Shinde is holding charge and that he has assured to take steps. The applicant has tendered unconditional apology for the lapses committed by him. Same is accepted.

In this view of the matter, the order directing issuance of bailable warrant dated 29.7.2016 stands recalled. The Civil Application is disposed of.
