By an order dated 06/03/2020 in writ petition, this Court had directed the petitioner to remove office objections. Three week's time was granted. Since office objections were not removed, the petition was dismissed in default. This civil application is filed belatedly on 25/11/2021. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed subject to the following conditions :

1080.22ca (2) (a) The petitioner shall deposit Rs.201/- (Rs. Two Hundred and One) with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, and remove all office objections, on or before 15/03/2022, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the petition shall stand dismissed on 16/03/2022.

(b) If the above directions are complied with, the order of dismissal of this petition shall stand recalled and the petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default. Thereafter, the petition would be listed for admission/hearing on 22/03/2022.
