This application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Rama Nama Bansode, who died on 17.09.2006. The deceased is original claimant survived by present applicant Nos. 1 to 3. There is delay of 6506 days caused in filing this application. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed and is disposed off. The amendment be carried out within four weeks.

Heard. This application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. The applicant relies on the order passed in similar matters, by this Court on 11.07.2023 in Civil Application No. 6147 of 2023. The appellant has deposited only 50% amount of enhanced compensation. In view of the same, following order :- i.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

ii.

The application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
