The applicants pray for restoration of the Writ Petition which has been dismissed on 28/09/2018 for non removal of office objections. The Civil Application is filed within limitation.

Despite 21 days having been granted, the office objections were not removed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed under the following conditions :- (a) An amount of Rs. 500/- shall be donated to

973-ca-571-19 in wp.odt Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" ) on or before 25/01/2019. (b) All office objections shall be removed on or before 25/01/2019.

(c) If the above directions are not complied with, this C.A. shall stand rejected and the order of dismissing the Writ Petition shall stand restored.

(d) If the above directions are complied with, list the matter for urgent admissions on 30/01/2019.
