1] When the application was called for hearing in the morning, none appeared for the applicants. Therefore, the application was kept back for some time. However, on second call also after some time, none appears for the applicants.

2] By filing this application, the applicants have prayed that they may be allowed to serve the respondent

Cr.Appln.6359/14 in Cr.Appln.3561/13 - 2 - no.3 by way of paper publication. The reason given in the application is that since the applicants are not in a position to find out the new address of the respondent no.3, the applicants may be allowed to serve the respondent no.3 by paper publication.

3] The prayer of the applicants, if considered under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the same cannot be granted. In that view of the matter, the applicants will have to furnish correct and complete address of unserved respondent no.3. Therefore, the present application stands disposed of. The applicants to place on record correct and complete address of the respondent no.3 on or before 4.2.2015, failing which the Criminal Application No.3561/2013 shall stand dismissed as against the respondent no.3 without further reference to Court.
