The petitioners challenge the interim order passed by the appellate authority rejecting the interim relief application filed by the petitioners. 5.

I am informed that the appellate authority has finally heard the main matter and reserved the matters for orders.

Considering the same, there is no point in proceeding further in the present writ petitions as it may prejudice either of the parties. 7.

The appellate authority is directed to pass the final orders within two weeks from the date of production of this order. 8.
