Heard learned Advocate Mr. M.N. Shaikh holding for learned Advocate Mr. S.S. Kazi for petitioners. Though petitioner No.2 seeks directions to respondent No.3 to grant approval, pay protection and continuation to his service, it appears that in fact, the petitioners wanted that the proposal submitted by the Management on 02.09.2024 and reminder on 05.08.2025 to respondent No.3 to be decided.

935_WP_14382_2025 Learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.3, upon instructions, submits that if the proposal and reminder is not decided earlier, it would be decided within a period of six weeks. The said statement is taken as undertaking. We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 02.09.2024 and the reminder dated 05.08.2025 within six weeks, if not already decided.
