1) Learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents are present. They filed so called compromise allegedly signed by the respective parties. It appears that some substantive proceedings are pending like partition suit and appeal against the succession certificate order. In the present matter only order made on Exhibit 10 in an appeal is challenged. In view of this circumstance, this Court cannot read and record the compromise. Photo copy of the same is produced. It is taken on record. The parties may use the original compromise in the main proceedings. The present proceeding is disposed of as withdrawn.
