Civil Applications have been filed by respondent for exemption for remaining present on 07.10.2024. On that day respondent was not present and then this Court had issued notice in format of Contempt of Courts Act. Respondent was supposed to appear before this Court on 07.10.2024. On that day learned AGP sought time to file application for exemption. These are those applications. However, today respondent is present. Under such circumstance, all the applications filed for exemptions have become infructuous and, therefore, stand disposed of. Now, the reply has been given to the main petitions stating that the order passed by this Court in respective writ petitions has been complied with in respect of seven petitioners whose names have been reflected in the order dated 04.10.2024. Learned Advocate for petitioners accepts the said fact. Under such circumstance, when the order has been complied with, no necessity to take further action under the Contempt of Courts Act. The notice is recalled by accepting the apology for delayed compliance. All these contempt petitions stand disposed of.
