These Contempt Petitions are fled for non-compliance of the order dated 22/01/2019 passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.10331/2018 and Writ Petition No.11212/2018. The relevant Paragraph from the said order is re-produced below :- "4. The respondents may purchase the properties of petitioners by private negotiation as agreed for within a period of four (04) months from today. In case the parties do not arrive at an agreement for private acquisition of the properties by purchase, then the steps shall be taken for acquisition as per the provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of two months thereafter and same shall be completed within the time stipulated in the Act. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs." 2.
Learned Advocate appearing for Acquiring Body submits that, the execution proceedings are completed and the amount of compensation is deposited in this Court by way of the order of this Court. He further submits that, the said amount may be transferred to the account of Special Land Acquisition Offcer [SLO], who will distribute the amount to the rightful Claimants. 3.
Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitions may be kept pending.

Since the order of this Court has been complied with, we do not see any propriety in keeping the Petitions pending. The amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in the offce of this Court shall be transferred to the account of concerned SLAO along with interest accrued thereon for doing the needful i.e. distributing the same to the rightful Claimants within four [4] weeks.

In light of the above, Contempt Petitions are disposed of.

In view of disposal of Petitions, pending Civil Applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
