Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the child born to the victim has been handed over to a specialized adoption agency pursuant to the order passed by the Child Welfare Committee dated 04.04.2023 in compliance with Regulation 7(9) of the Adoption Regulations, 2022 and a copy of it has been given to the petitioner, who happens to be the mother of the victim. Learned APP tenders across the bar a copy of communication dated 11.04.2023 received from the Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Ahmednagar. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The victim still continues to be in the shelter home. As noted by us on the last dates, she would be imparted a beautician course. Nothing survives.
