In the present matters, the respondents i.e. original claimants are duly served. In most of the matters, learned Advocate Shri Ajit B.Kale has entered his appearance on behalf of the said respondents i.e. original claimants. In some of the matters, the respondents have not appeared. As has been submitted by Shri Surwase, delay ranging between 256 to 593 days has occurred in filing the appeals by the acquiring body. Perusal of the application seeking condonation of delay reveals that the acquiring body has provided sufficient reasons for occurrence of delay. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow all these applications for condonation of delay. Hence, the following order:
ORDER

The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents in the appeals returnable after two weeks. Shri Ajit B.Kale, learned Counsel, waives service for respondents / original claimants in respective appeals. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matter for admission on 27.6.2017.
