It is learnt that, one Shri Dhapse, who is one of the members of the petitioner Bharat Sahkar Mitra Mandal, has his own premises (built up or open), away from Adat Bazar Chowk, Ahmednagar, whereat the rival group has already installed Ganesh idol. We, therefore, request the authorities to favourably consider the petitioner Mandal's application for celebrating Ganeshotsav by installing Ganesh image at the premises (built up or open), belonging to Shri Dhapse or his close relations. 2.
