Learned advocate for the applicants submits that on the two occasions, referred to in the application, advocate could not make it within time and had arrived on the scene a fraction of second late, in the circumstances, orders came to be passed. According to him, absence while the order was being passed was not deliberate nor would have benefited either to the applicants or to the advocate. He, as such, requests that a lenient view be taken.

Having regard to aforesaid, I deem it appropriate to grant the application. As such, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and stands disposed of.
