The previous orders show that the petitioners are not showing any interest to work out the matter. By order dated 20th June 2025, this court adjourned the petition to today. It was made clear that the adjournment is granted by way of last chance. If none appears, this Court shall proceed on the merits.

Petition is filed by the wife challenging the order dated 29th March 2018 passed by the learned JMFC, Parli-Vaijanath issuing notice in the application filed under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. The

Ethape ( 2 ) 22-WP-1438-2018 petitioners are the Respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 in the said application, bearing Misc. Criminal Application No. 125 of 2018. 4.

This Court has gone through the complaint. It is seen that there are averments made against the petitioners. Considering averments, this Court does not find any illegality in the order passed by the learned Magistrate. There is no merit in the writ petition. Writ petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
