It is common ground that the names of the petitioners were reflected in the voters list for village Handi Nimgaon during 2012 and 2017 elections. They were erroneously reflected in the provisional voters list prepared for the election of Sureshnagar Gram Panchayat. Upon objection being raised, the names of the petitioners have been deleted from the provisional voters list of Sureshnagar Gram Panchayat.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners have been added in the voters list of Handi Nimgaon Gram Panchayat. No interference is warranted by this Court in the impugned action. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.] bsb/Nov. 22
