This Misc. Civil Application is initiated by wife seeking transfer of the proceedings initiated by husband vide Petition No. A-13/2013 pending on the file of Family Court, Pune. The transfer is sought to the file of Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar.

Learned Counsel for the non-applicant husband fairly consents for prayer for transfer of the proceedings, however submits that, proceedings be expedited.

This Court appreciate the approach. As such, the application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads thus :

"(A) Grant this Misc. Civil Application and transfer the proceeding bearing Petition No. A-13 of 2013 from Family Court, Pune to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ahmednagar, Tq. Ahmednagar, Dist. Ahmednagar and for that purpose issue necessary orders."
