Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the claimants have entered into compromise with the petitioner before the Hon'ble Minister and now the meeting is scheduled in the next month with the Niyamak

It is for the parties either to compromise the matter or not.

Under the impugned order, the accounts of the petitioner were directed to be frozen for nonpayment of the amount of compensation as per the award passed by the Reference Court. This Court under order dated 16.10.2018 had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (D), thereby the impugned communication dated 24.09.2018 freezing the accounts of the petition was stayed.

In case, the compromise as alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not materialise before the Hon'ble Minister and/or Niyamak Mandal, then the petitioner shall pay the amount payable to these claimants as per the award passed by the Reference Court within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

The interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of three months.
