ORDER :

The application is filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial, refusing registration of the second appeal as office objections are not removed. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, this Court holds that application deserves to be allowed. The learned counsel for the applicants take blame to himself. 2.

In the result, the application is allowed. The order made by the Registrar Judicial, refusing registration of second appeal, is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number. Office objections are to be removed prior to 2.4.2016. If the office objections are not removed prior to that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
