1. Issue notice to respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service for respondents.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that appeal under Right to Information Act, 2005 has been filed with respondent No. 2, however, the same is not decided as yet.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents- State authorities submits that the petitioner was given notice of hearing, however, as on the date the matter was kept for hearing, he did not remain present.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending with respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 - authority shall decide the same on its merits in accordance with law after hearing all concerned parties,
