Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P. for respondent No.1 and the learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

The bare allegation against the applicant is that he provided the residence to the victim and the main accused. Except this, the applicant has no role to play. Whether the applicant would be convicted for the offence alleged in the crime on the basis of supporting the main accused is a matter of evidence before the trial Court.

Considering the role attributed to the applicant, he may be granted bail. However, the apprehension of the prosecution that the applicant being a resident of Telangana State would not attend the

920-BA-1855-22 (2) trial, can be guarded by imposing some condition. Hence, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Pandurang s/o. Maroti Bele be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of like amount in C.R.No.182 of 2022, registered with Kurunda Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 376(2)(n), 366A, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8, 12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, on the condition to attend the trial on each and every effective date.
