Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with with C.R. No. 578/2023 registered with Jalna Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 354, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Today, the informant is present along with her mother. They say that there is compromise between the parties and as such they do not have objection for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. This Court through the learned APP has assured itself that the compromise is voluntary and without any pressure.

Having regard to the nature of offence, which does not involve any recovery at the instance of the applicant and as such custody of the applicant would not be necessary, the application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 27.09.2023. [R.M. JOSHI, J.] Bhagyawant Punde
