Mr. Choudhari, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 3 submits that, the management has taken steps to submit the proposal to the Education Officer and the proposal would be immediately submitted. The proceedings before the Committee are pending. The petitioner is paid consolidated salary of Rs. 3,000/- per month.

Mr. Bhapkar, the learned advocate submits that, the said amount is too meager.

Mr. Choudhari, the learned advocate submits that, the
