The present civil applications are filed for withdrawal of amount.
2.
Perused the order dated 24.04.2023, passed in Civil Application No.5516 of 2023 in First Appeal No.4225 of 2022, wherein this court has permitted the withdrawal of 75% amount deposited.
3.
In view of the same, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw 75% of the total amount of compensation. 50% on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court and 25% on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank on yearly renewal basis.

The civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.

In Civil Application No.6031 of 2023 for delay and Civil Application No. 6039 of 2023 for stay, Mr. L. C. Patil, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2, service is complete.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil applications for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

The interim stay granted by this court stands confirmed. The civil applications for stay stand disposed of.

The First Appeals are admitted. On admission, the learned counsel / AGP waive notice for respective respondents. Call R & P. Office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
