Perusal of record indicates that the valuation of present Appeal is less than Rs. 1 crore. In view of the enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court to entertain Appeal by virtue of Government Resolution dated 29.07.2015, present Appeal deserve to be transferred to District Court, Jalna. 2.

In view of above, present Appeal and crossobjection, if any, be transferred to District Court, Jalna.
