Present application has been filed for condoning the delay of four days in filing second appeal.

Though the learned Advocate holding for Mr. R. I. Wakade strongly opposing, taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the fact that the applicant is aged 63 years coming from rural background, the delay deserves to be condoned. Hence, application stands allowed and disposed of.
