Taking into consideration the prayer clause i.e. issuing writ for directions to respondent No.3 to pass final award and pay compensation to the petitioner in respect of acquired land, this Court directed learned AGP, who waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 7, to take instructions. She produced the letter given by respondent No.4 to respondent No.7 dated 04.11.2025 regarding immediate measurement to be made. It is taken on record by marking as Exhibit-'X'. Upon instructions, learned AGP makes a statement that respondent No.3 or competent authority would pass the order within a period of six months from today. [1]

The said statement is taken as undertaking. We direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 7 to carry out the respective activity required for passing final award and then to pass final award within a period of six months from today.
