The petitioner had filed this Contempt Petition alleging non compliance as well as breach of the order dated 14th October, 2022 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1305 of 2022. By the said order this Court had directed release of the petitioner on cash security of Rs.2000/- and personal recognizance for an amount of Rs.5000/-. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said order has now been complied with, however, there was delay in complying with the order.

Mr. Yogesh Dattatray Desai, Deputy Inspector General Prisons, Central Region, Aurangabad has filed his affidavit-in-reply. He 980.cp748.22.odt

has tendered unconditional apology for delay in complying with the said order. Unconditional apology is accepted. In view of this, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
