By the order dated 11th October, 2022 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1280 of 2022 respondent No. 2 in this application was directed to forward the report to the respondent No. 1-DIG Prisons. It was further directed to decide the petitioner's application within seven
(07) days from the date of the order. Since there was no compliance of the said order, the petitioner has filed this petition alleging breach of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order has now been complied with, however, there was delay in complying with the order.
