Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners. The present petition has been filed for direction to decide L.A.R. No.228 of 2017, expeditiously. The report was called and learned District Judge-1, Ambad, Taluka-Ambad, District-Jalna submits that the evidence of the applicants/objectors and non applicants on the other hand, recorded. Written notes of arguments have also been filed by one party. It appears that again the learned Advocate for the applicants i.e. objectors have filed application below Exhibit-107 for issuance of witness summons to the

wp-13089.25 Gramsevak of village Mahakal, Taluka-Ambad, District-Jalna. The concerned Presiding Officer submits that he would decide Exhibit-107 on 26th November 2025 and would also make sincere efforts to dispose of the Reference within a period of three months.

In view of the said report, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the concerned Presiding Officer to decide the said L.A.R., within a period of THREE MONTHS from the date of receipt of writ from this Court.
