Learned Counsel for the applicant Mr Sonpawale submits that the appeals which are arising out of same acquisition proceedings against the judgment enhancing the compensation are already admitted vide First Appeal Stamp Nos.24286 of 2014, 19613 of 2014 and 19669 of 2014.

In view of above, though the applications for condonation of delay are opposed by learned Counsel for the respondents/claimants, it will be appropriate to condone the delay.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application and for the above referred cause, delay caused in preferring the present appeals is condoned.
