Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. YadavLonikar waives notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. The delay of 27 days stands condoned. In view of the fact that learned Advocate for the applicant has given undertaking that he would remove the objections within a period

ca-11503.24 of four weeks, the order of dismissing the Writ Petition in default stands recalled. Writ Petition is restored at its original position. Time of four weeks is granted to the applicant to remove office objections.

However, in case the applicant fails to remove office objections within the aforesaid period, the earlier order would stand revived.
