Heard learned Advocate for the applicants. This application is filed for condonation of delay of 28 days caused in filing the First Appeal. Learned Advocate Mr. Ambhore for the respondent opposes this application. He further submits that this Civil Application is filed for condonation of 28 days only, however, same is not circulated from 2016 till now. Therefore, while allowing the application, some conditions may be imposed.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest on the amount till registration of the appeal. Office to register the First Appeal.
