Issue notice, returnable on 18th November 2015. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor waives notice for respondent - State. 3.
Mr Salunke, learned Counsel has filed application on behalf of complainant, granting permission to assist the learned A.P.P. For the reasons stated therein, application stands allowed and complainant is permitted to assist the learned A.P.P. through her Counsel. 4.
Mr Karpe, learned Counsel for the complainant, upon instructions, makes a statement that the applicant has not circulated on the social media viz. Whats Aap or Facebook, the photos of the complainant or anyway other defamatory material against her. Statement is accepted.

Having regard to the nature of accusations in Crime No.91/2015 registered on 21st September 2015, at Majalgaon (City) Police Station, Taluka Majalgaon, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 506 read with sec.34 of Indian Penal Code and the fact that the alleged marriage of the applicant with the complainant took place on 12th August 2015, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to grant ad interim protection to the applicant. 6.
Till next date, in the event of his arrest, the applicant Balasaheb son of Mohan Jagtap be released on bail in Crime No.91/2015,
registered on 21st September 2015, at Majalgaon (City) Police Station, Taluka Majalgaon, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 506 read with sec.34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station initially for three days between 10.00 am and 11.00 am and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
