The applicants in respective applications are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount deposited in the Court in respective matters, subject to furnishing undertaking to the effect that in the event any adverse order is passed against the applicants, the applicants will redeposit the said amount within a period of four months of passing such order. Balance 25 per cent amount be kept in any nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit Receipt, initially for a period of two years, and if so required, to renew the said Fixed Deposit Receipts for further period, till disposal of the appeal.
