Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.4508 of 2024 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.

ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1729 OF 2024 2.

The allegations against the applicants are that the applicants have taken Rs.8,00,000/- from the informant by giving false promise that they will provide employment to the informant. However, the applicants have not provided the employment to the informant, so also the applicants are not able to return the said amount. Pooja Kale 1/2

Police papers indicates that, under the false promise and pretext of providing employment the applicants/accused persons has duped the informant so also many other persons by asking them to transfer huge amount in lacs through online payment. Considering the said fact, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is necessary in the matter. No case is made out to grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the applicants. Hence, the present application is dismissed.
