Upon hearing both sides, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present application, however, liberty to file similar application may be granted, in case the trial is not concluded within four

(4) months, as has been reported by the learned Sessions Judge, Latur vide his letter dated 18/11/2015. 2.

Allowed to withdraw and disposed of as such with the liberty, as prayed for.

Learned A.P.P. however to seek report from the concerned Investigating Officer, as to why evidence is
